Teresa Zanardelli
Teresa has been studying and practicing yoga since 1995 at various studios, as well as developing her own personal practice. She was first introduced, and immediately drawn to Ashtanga yoga in 2002 and has been incorporating its philosophies into her own life since then.

She has had the desire to teach for many years. She was pursuing a career working with animals in South Carolina and could not find a way to work a teacher training program into her schedule. Marriage recently brought her to the Reading area and finally the right time arrived. She completed the 200 hour downdog YOGA Teacher Training certification at the end of March 2009.

Teresa’s teaching style strongly reflects that of Todd and Camilla’s as they have been her main teachers for the past few years. Teresa shares many of their beliefs about incorporating yoga philosophy into everyday lives.
